I really appreciated how cozy and welcoming the hotel's common areas were. The decorations had a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The staff was always ready to assist and ensure that I had a comfortable stay.
Just a small suggestion for the children working there, it would have been even better if there were more handrails and grab bars in the hallways and bathrooms. This would have provided extra support and safety for us seniors during our stay.

We had a great experience at Folven Adventure Camp in a cosy cabin with 3 bedrooms for 8 persons. the camp's location is idyllic, with one of the best scenery roads nearby. the staff was accommodating and placed a grill by our house before our arrival at no extra cost. the convenience of stores located across from the campsite made it easy to get groceries. the rooms offered both bunk beds and single beds, which comfortably accommodated our group of 10. It was a good value for money and a great alternative when other campings were fully booked or too expensive. Cons: Nothing, all was great! 👍.

The beds were comfy and the views were breathtaking. We loved waking up to the stunning surroundings every morning. the location was perfect, with easy access to explore the nearby Geiranger area, which was only 30 km away. the convenience store nearby was a great bonus for any last-minute needs.
The cabin was quite small and the layout was not ideal. the noise from the neighboring cabin was a bit bothersome, and the lack of a bed rail on the top bunk made us a little concerned for safety.

For the price we paid, our stay at this camp was definitely worth it. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The location was stunning, with beautiful fjords all around and a charming small city with shops just a few kilometers away. The staff, especially the friendly girl at reception, made us feel welcome and were pleasant to interact with.
In terms of breakfast offerings, it would have been great to have a more varied selection.
